OUTLINE OF CONTEST & GUIDELINES

While this is a Competition, HIP and FIT
is meant to be a Fun Light-Hearted Event.

Philadelphia's Final Event will be conducted as listed below.
(please understand that for events in other cities...although we will suggest that they conduct their event in the same manner they can and may judge their events differently) These details are subject to change.

REGISTRATION will be from 7-7:45pm
You must be here by this time to compete in the Finals

The Room will open to the Audience at 7pm
Admission will be $10 Benefits Equality Forum
The Equality Forum BBQ will beoutside from 5pm to 8pm
The Contest is followed by the GIRL FEVER PARTY

The HIP portion will be held at 8:30pm...suggested attire: Nightclub Style, Sexy and Sharp. Anything that is Hip and Fashionable that will catch the judges eye. Remember ladies...ACCESSORIZE!
VIEW FINALS CONTEST OUTLINE

The FIT portion will start at 10pm...this is the Show Off Your Body portion. The suggested attire for this portion: Swimwear, Bikinis or Sexy Lingerie. The judges need to see your body. Also, it is okay to oil your body but you must wear heels or other footwear.

You will have a short time between the HIP portion and FIT
portion to change your clothing.
During both portions you will be on a stage with nightclub lights and music for period of 2 minutes for each portion ... you can dance, pose and display your body. Please No Stripping.

Winners will be selected by a combination of scores given by
the Fashion Police and the Fitness judges.

PRELIMINARIES: Your Town

If your city isn't hosting a Hip and Fit Preliminary Contest ...
you can still enter the Finals Contest held on May 3rd in Philadelphia.
Simply register at www.myspace.com/hipandfit
You will enter under your own name and city not representing any certain bar, club or special event. If you are unable to register in advance please be at Sisters Nightclub by 6pm on May 3rd
